Description

Vantage 1 documents, The Long Walk, a socially engaged project where Susan Robb lead a 4-day, 45 mile walk from Puget Sound to Snoqualime Falls using the regional trail system. Vantage 2 is created in the same style and documents a wilderness camping trip to Flapjack Lakes, WA. The close-up texture of the ground opens into a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The form of this book supports the way depth and scale of the landscape changes as a hiker moves through a landscape. Four scenes per book.
